Overhaul update
The final axlebox to be completed has been checked in the frames and has just been lowered onto the right hand end of the trailing driving axle.
All six axleboxes in position on their respective axles ready for the wheels to be replaced in the frames. (This should happen on 29th October).
A quick visit to the boiler shop found the firebox steel outer backplate or backhead (the white bit in the picture) bolted in place ready for riveting and welding as appropriate.
