Overhaul update
The new rear frame pieces have been lightly tack-welded in place ready for full welding by a coded welder.
This picture shows the vertical edges of the original frames and the new parts ground to a 45 degree angle ready for full welding.
The replacement rear buffer beam lifted into place by a chain hoist ready for drilling through into the inner two of the four angles which join it to the main frames.
